Wicked Flagstaff was named a finalist for the 2025 Viola Awards in Excellence in Storytelling, announced at the Orpheum Theater ceremony in April 2025. It is Susan Johnson’s second Viola finalist honor, after Haunted Flagstaff in 2023.
Wicked Flagstaff joined The History Press’s national Wicked series on September 16, 2024: local historians, town by town, writing the chapters the boosters skipped.
